Refund policy
At Madone, we want to ensure that our customers are completely satisfied with their purchases. In the event that you are not satisfied with your purchase, we have a standard refund policy as follows:

Eligibility: To be eligible for a refund, the item(s) must be in new and unused condition, and the return process must be initiated (via customer notification) within 5 days of the order delivery date. Items that have been washed, worn, damaged, or altered in any way will not be eligible for a refund. Missing packages due to shipping carrier issues, damaged packages due to shipping carrier issues, and all other shipping issues will not be eligible for return or refund. If the incorrect shipping address is provided for the order, the order will not be eligble for a refund.

Refund process: To initiate a refund, please send an email to madoneco.cs@gmail.com with your order number, the item(s) you wish to return, and the reason for the return. We will provide you with a return shipping label and instructions on how to send the item(s) back to us.

Refund timeline: Once we receive the returned item(s), we will inspect them and notify you via email on the status of your refund. If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your original method of payment within 15 business days.

Shipping costs: Please note that the cost of shipping for returned items will be the responsibility of the customer, unless the item(s) received were defective or incorrect due to an error on our end.

Final sale items: All sales of final sale items are final and cannot be returned or refunded.
